Director of Finance + Administration
Full-time · Rifle, CO (hybrid considered, Colorado residents) · $95,000 to $130,000/year
Run the business side of DM Vans: the numbers, cash and lenders, HR administration, IT, and facilities. You’ll report to our President, sit on the leadership team, and hold the monthly close and the cash forecast to a standard the rest of us can trust, with a growth path to our executive team. Inventory and Operations Specialist

Own receiving and the warehouse floor for every van we build. Keep Odoo matching what’s on the shelves, stage parts and materials for production on the build schedule, and flag low stock before it ever reaches the line. Product Engineer

Create manufacturing-ready CAD models, CNC files, and documentation for our Lifestyle Vehicles. Work at the intersection of design engineering and hands-on production.
Van Technician

Assemble, modify, and ensure quality of our Lifestyle Vehicles. Hands-on work across van production, service, and CNC fabrication. 4×10 schedule, no weekends.
