Our website, including the Build Your Van configurator, is provided for informational and planning purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, vehicle specifications, pricing, available options, lead times, and imagery on this website are subject to change without notice. Configurations created using the van builder are not binding purchase agreements.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.
Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars and represent manufacturer’s suggested pricing at the time of publication. Final pricing is confirmed during your design consultation and documented in your purchase agreement. Prices may change due to chassis cost changes, material costs, or specification updates. Published pricing does not constitute an offer or binding commitment until a purchase agreement is signed.
Deposits and Orders
A $2,500 deposit is required to reserve your van and build slot. This deposit is non-refundable. Full payment terms, build timelines, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual purchase agreement, which governs over these general terms.
Vehicle Specifications
DM Vans are built on the RAM ProMaster chassis platform. Final vehicle specifications, including weight ratings, fuel economy, and capacity figures, may vary from estimates shown on this website due to configuration choices, model year changes, or manufacturer updates. All vehicles are RVIA certified and built to applicable ANSI/NFPA standards.
Warranty
DM Vans provides a limited warranty on our conversion work. The RAM ProMaster chassis is covered by the manufacturer’s factory warranty. Specific warranty terms, coverage, and duration are provided in your purchase documentation. Warranty details are also available by contacting us directly.
